Chief Financial Officer

Blueday Technology is in an exciting growth phase, backed by strong owners and strategic customers. With successful funding rounds behind us and ambitious plans ahead, we’re now looking for a commercial and operational CFO to help shape our journey toward profitable, sustainable growth.
You will take on a central leadership role with full responsibility for finance and play a crucial part in supporting the CEO and the board. This is an exciting opportunity to influence both strategic direction and day-to-day operations in a fast-growing and future-oriented technology company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of financial management, budgeting, liquidity, accounting, and reporting
- Drive the development of internal financial tools, systems, and processes
- Collaborate closely with project managers to improve financial oversight and project profitability
- Provide financial insight to the CEO and board for strategic decisions
- Support external reporting to shareholders, investors, and financial institutions
- Help build a strong financial culture throughout the organization
Desired Qualifications:
- Higher education in finance, accounting, or economics
- Experience from financial management in project-driven or tech environments
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and strong Excel skills
- Familiarity with reporting to owners, investors, or boards is a plus
- Comfortable navigating between high-level strategy and hands-on detail work
