The Blueday Technology provides a service agreement that bundles the services you routinely need, and more, into a single contract. We provide lifecycle services including spare parts management, performance-based services, and rapid response packages to get your process moving.

Customizable Service 

The modular agreement is arranged into three categories to help identify the support you need:

Rapid Response: Guaranteed urgent action within an agreed time frame. You can count on professional prioritized support from highly skilled specialists. 

Lifecycle Management: An installed base assessment coupled with an effective preventive maintenance program improves uptime while reducing capital costs.

Performance Improvement: Remote and on-site monitoring identifies ways to improve the Shore Power System performance. Monitoring allows accurate predictive maintenance plans to be employed to keep products running at optimum levels. 

Additional Services

Training:  Blueday Technology offers training courses including on-site and classroom trainings. Customized training can be provided based on your needs.

Remote assistance: Our experts can support you on-demand in the event of a specific problem or failure. Blueday Technology specialists can analyze and guide the site personnel through the fault-finding process.

Resident engineers: On-site certified service engineers ensure high performance and low downtime.

Engineering and Consulting: Optimize your installed base to improve data quality and availability. Secure regulatory compliance to emission monitoring legislation.

  Active Phase

Active development and sales phase

Product has been released for sale from factory

Support upgrade/replacement from older products (limited & obsolete) to active version

Product Support and Service available without restrictions

  Classic Phase

Product is no longer actively sold. 6‐month notice through sales channel

Product Support and Service available (spare parts, repairs, technical support, training etc.)

Product replacement program is active

Rebuilds, Upgrades, Updates and Refurbishments available via Service

  Limited Phase

Repairs and technical support is available without restriction

The spare parts portfolio is tightened

Spares that may become obsolete and replaced by appropriate replacement parts

Migration concepts are available on request for certain products

  Obsolete Phase

Repairs are carried out on request

Only certain spare parts are available

Technical support is offered with restrictions

By individual service agreements the period for certain services
