‐ Product replacement program is active
‐ Rebuilds, Upgrades, Updates and Refurbishments available via Service
Limited Phase:
‐ Repairs and technical support is available without restriction
‐ The spare parts portfolio is tightened
‐ Spares that may become obsolete and replaced by appropriate replacement parts
‐ Migration concepts are available on request for certain products
Obsolete Phase:
‐ Repairs are carried out on request
‐ Only certain spare parts are available
‐ Technical support is offered with restrictions
‐ By individual service agreements the period for certain services
